Sheltered Housing

Sheltered housing offers you the independence of living in your own self-contained flat. Support and services are provided by our on-site staff during working hours. An alarm system is fitted inside each flat and throughout the building should you require assistance outside these hours.

Each of our three courts has a communal lounge, where social activities take place nearly every day. The lounge is a friendly place where you can meet and socialise with your new neighbours. People who live in our sheltered housing schemes say that they have become part of a friendly and supportive community.

If you would like to move into one of our sheltered housing schemes, you will need to register with Border Choice Homes. You can then apply for any sheltered housing properties that are advertised through Border Choice Homes.

To arrange a visit contact the manager at the scheme where you’d like to live, here are the contact details.
