Community Support Workers visit you in your own home and carry out a wide range of duties for you. setoncare's Home Care services aren’t just for older people, although many of our service users are elderly. We are here to help the disabled, the vulnerable, those who cannot wholly look after themselves, whatever their age.

Day Care
The Centre is designed for older adults and provides a warm caring atmosphere and the all important opportunity to get out of the house and mix socially with people while taking part in interesting and stimulating activities. The Day Care Centre can also provide a break for people caring for relatives as they have the reassurance of knowing they are being cared for.

Housing Support
Our Housing Support is there to help you to maintain your tenancy, allowing you to continue to live in your own home. Our dedicated staff will promote your independence by working to an agreed individualised support plan.

If you are no longer able to live alone, moving into residential care can be a solution. You are released from running a home that may have become too big or unmanageable. You will receive the care and attention you need, and will not be isolated by your infirmity..

Sheltered Housing
Sheltered housing offers you the independence of living in your own self-contained flat. Support and services are provided by our on-site staff during working hours. An alarm system is fitted inside each flat and throughout the building should you require assistance outside these hours.
