Community Services Manager - Seton Care
Remuneration: circa £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
Reporting to the Assistant Director you will lead and manage a dedicated care and support staff team and empower them to achieve the best possible outcomes for all those we provide service to. Your main challenge will be to transform the way we currently deliver services.
You will also be expected to expand the service area on both sides of the border.
We are looking for a decision maker who is proactive, forward thinking, highly motivated, able to multi task and can demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills. You will also need a sound knowledge of National Care Standards and relevant legislation.

Community Support Workers - Seton Care
Remuneration: £6.30 per hour
We are recruiting Community Support Workers throughout North Northumberland to support individuals to continue living in their own homes. You don’t need to have had previous experience as we will provide you with all the support and training you require. If you’re only available to work a few hours a week we could fill those hours with meaningful and rewarding work.
