Housing Support is a services which helps people maintain their independence.

What will my Support Worker do for me?

At an initial meeting we will discuss your needs and agree a personalised support plan with you. This will set out the type of help your Support Worker will give you. It could include:

A Support Worker does not undertake personal care tasks such as helping with dressing, bathing and getting to the toilet. If you require this level of care, find out about our Home Care service.

How much will it cost?

If you receive Housing Benefit and need the help of the Housing Support service, you will not be charged. If you do not receive Housing Benefit, there is a charge. Contact us to find out more.

What if my needs change?

Your support plan can be reviewed and changed if necessary. It is important to us that you get the support you need.

How long can I get this support?

The support will last as long as you need it. This can be short term, perhaps to tide you over a difficult period, or for the long term.
